Shipping Lead Team
All orders have at least 1-2 business days lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping is processed using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail which ships within 2-3 business days. Therefore, please allow 2-6 Business Days for Shipping. Please allow about 3-4 extra days during holidays.
The Tracking Shows that the package was delivered but I did not receive my package. What if I have a Lost or Stolen package?
When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, SheaFuzion LLC, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier (USPS) for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Once an order has shipped and tracking is available, we recommend that the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package, or the receiver should plan to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
Summer Shipping
Items Shipped during the summer months will melt. So please allow your product to return to room temperature before opening by putting in the refrigerator or setting out at room temperature. We do not provide ice during shipping because it increasing shipping costs.

During hot weather, we do our best to protect our natural products from melting during transit. But there is no way that we can control the high heat temperatures of summer, trucks, and mail boxes.
Many commercial products contain artificial preservatives to thicken and stabilize to ensure that their products maintain the same consistency through all temperature variations.
Our Natural Products do not contain any artificial preservatives or any other synthetic additives/preservatives. Therefore, when applied to warm skin, our shea butter body cream instantly melts, providing an emollient, nourishing, and penetrating product.
Whipped Butters and Oils: Our Shea Butter Body Cream is whipped to provide a nice blend of our butters and oils. Whipping adds tiny air bubbles that increases the size, lighten the density, and change the texture, which makes the blended butters and oils light and fluffy (just like whipping cream).
If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed - which decreases the volume. So although the container/jar/bottle was filled to the top, there will be less volume in the container/jar/bottle. The container/jar/bottle may look half full.
If melted, the whipped consistency will change, and will become more like a body balm/salve.
